Walderveen<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Razgovor s Nihadom Hrustanbegovi\u0107em, nizozemsko-bosanskohercegova\u010dkim maestrom na klasi\u010dnoj harmonici i kompozitorom, dolazi nakon izuzetnog umjetni\u010dkog poduhvata \u2014 sedam uzastopnih ve\u010deri u londonskom Royal Albert Hallu, u okviru programa Teenage Cancer Trust, na poziv Roberta Smitha.<\/p>\n<p>Hrustanbegovi\u0107 je tim nastupima ispisao nove stranice muzi\u010dke historije, postav\u0161i prvi harmonika\u0161 koji je ostvario ovakav kontinuitet u kultnoj londonskoj dvorani. U prostoru koji podrazumijeva vrhunsku produkciju, ali i sna\u017enu emotivnu razmjenu s publikom, oblikovao je nastupe koji prelaze granice \u017eanra i instrumenta, potvr\u0111uju\u0107i harmoniku kao savremeni koncertni glas sposoban za dijalog s razli\u010ditim muzi\u010dkim svjetovima.<\/p>\n<p>Njegov umjetni\u010dki put ve\u0107 godinama obuhvata \u0161irok raspon \u2014 od interpretacija kanonskih djela do autorskih kompozicija koje povezuju klasi\u010dnu tradiciju s elementima jazza, flamenca i sevdaha. Ovaj nastup u Royal Albert Hallu za njega ne predstavlja samo jo\u0161 jednu koncertnu referencu, ve\u0107 ta\u010dku preokreta i povratak intenzivnijem izvo\u0111a\u010dkom ritmu.<\/p>\n<p>Za Urban magazin, Hrustanbegovi\u0107 govori o sedam ve\u010deri u Royal Albert Hallu kao o jedinstvenom iskustvu u kojem se prepli\u0107u scena, publika i li\u010dna transformacija \u2014 od susreta s Robertom Smithom i dinamikom iza kulisa jednog od najpresti\u017enijih koncertnih prostora na svijetu, do promi\u0161ljanja vlastitog muzi\u010dkog jezika koji bri\u0161e granice izme\u0111u klasike, rocka i improvizacije. S obzirom na to da se radilo o sedam ve\u010deri zaredom, svako ve\u010de bilo je ne\u0161to novo. U\u017eivao sam u upoznavanju svih osoba koje sam sreo u Royal Albert Hallu. Pona\u0161ao sam se kao da sam prvi razred osnovne \u0161kole \u2014 sve po pravilima. Nikada s ve\u0107im profesionalcima nisam radio: od produkcije, gdje je bilo anga\u017eovano preko 100 ljudi, do svih umjetnika koje sam upoznao. \u010cak sam izbjegavao da odem na pi\u0107e sa jednom od zvijezda pjeva\u010dica (smijeh), pa sam tek sedmo ve\u010de oti\u0161ao na after party, koji je bio organizovan svake ve\u010deri za u\u010desnike i VIP goste u Artist baru. Nakon druge ve\u010deri postao sam stalni gost poslije nastupa na centralnoj pozornici, u lo\u017ei Roberta Smitha, zajedno s njegovim prijateljima, kolegama iz benda The Cure i njegovom suprugom Mary. Publika je bila kao jedno, a ja sam svako ve\u010de svirao od zero to hero \u2014 od trenutka kada se otvore vrata i publika ulazi, pa do trenutka kada se u sali na\u0111e oko 5000 ljudi. Ponekad bi se \u010duli i vriska i uzvici kada bih zasvirao ne\u0161to \u0161to ih posebno odu\u0161evi. Kad \u201cupalim\u201d distorziju na harmonici pa zazvu\u010di kao gitara\u2026 \u0161alim se, naravno, ali otprilike je tako bilo. Uglavnom, vjerovali ili ne \u2014 bilo je mirno. Atmosfera i ambijent u najljep\u0161oj dvorani na svijetu ostavljaju bez daha, a tada je disanje itekako va\u017eno. Otkud ja tu\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Iza mene su nastupi za nizozemsku kraljicu Beatrix, Vite\u0161ka dvorana u Hagu, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, album The Best of Concert Accordion koji je promijenio percepciju klasi\u010dne harmonike u Nizozemskoj, jer je spoj klasi\u010dne, moderne i li\u010dnih kompozicija s pop, jazz, balkanskim, flamenco i sevdah elementima bio sna\u017eno prepoznat od \u0161ire publike. Kompozicija \u201cPromenada svijeta\u201d postala je soundtrack za TV reklamu Heineken Extra Cold, koju su vidjeli milioni gledalaca i koja se emitovala na svim televizijskim kanalima. Slijedili su nastupi s Grace Jones i Al Di Meolom, muzika za filmove u \u0160vicarskoj, Italiji, Nizozemskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini, te Vivaldijeva \u201c\u010cetiri godi\u0161nja doba\u201d i deseti album Mediterraneo. Posljednjih deset godina nisam nastupao tako \u010desto, jer me je sve to u jednom trenutku zasitilo i izgubio sam inspiraciju nakon \u201c\u010cetiri godi\u0161nja doba\u201d. Do\u0161ao sam u dilemu \u0161ta dalje nakon muzi\u010dkog opisa \u017eivota i prirode. Me\u0111utim, izgleda da mo\u017ee \u2014 i o\u010digledno sam ponovo sretan kada sviram, a to mi je mo\u017eda i su\u0161tina \u017eivota. Mediterraneo. Muzika. I \u017eivot u sada\u0161njosti, a ne u pro\u0161losti. Koliko je za vas bilo va\u017eno to povjerenje \u2014 i \u0161ta mislite da je on prepoznao u va\u0161em izrazu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U umjetnosti i koncertnoj sceni svijeta pravilo je: o\u010dekuj neo\u010dekivano, a u teoriji muzike ono \u0161to je napisano \u2014 napisano je. U \u017eivotu o\u010digledno treba imati petlju, dakle usuditi se dodirnuti umjetnost koja je \u201cnedodirljiva\u201d. Svirao sam na Bra\u010du u ljeto 2025. godine, na poziv hrvatske akademske kiparice Sandre Neja\u0161mi\u0107 Pirnat, u galeriji SanJan u mjestu Postira, gdje je Robert Smith proteklih godina patron, jer je kiparsko djelo Bagatelle Janeza Pirnata izabrano za naslovnicu albuma Songs of a Lost World benda The Cure, koji je objavljen 1. novembra 2024. godine. Nisam ga upoznao tada jer nije dolazio na Janezove dane, ali program je do\u0161ao do njega. Postoji ta neka barijera izme\u0111u klasi\u010dne i pop muzike koju sam premostio \u2014 jer, naprimjer, Vivaldi je barok, a The Cure bend Roberta Smitha je fakti\u010dki po\u010deo sa pop punk rock stilom da bi pre\u0161ao u gothic rock pop. Muzika benda The Cure pojavila se u najmanje 12 filmova. Bez obzira na to \u0161to me zanima i klasi\u010dna i moderna muzika, u jednom momentu po\u010deo sam prou\u010davati gothic rock pop jer su me interesovali zvukovi i agogika iz tog \u017eanra, ali i kako ostati umjetnik kada postane\u0161 zvijezda \u2014 ili si to ve\u0107 bio pa ti dosadilo, odnosno kada postaje\u0161 ustvari zreo, punoljetan kao \u010dovjek u umjetnosti. Robert Smith zato i jeste za mene najve\u0107i \u017eivi umjetnik. Robert je tako\u0111er i slikar. U tome mi je itekako interesantan, ali i to da je sa svojom suprugom od tinejd\u017eerskih dana pa do danas. Volim taj sklad, bezvremenski i lojalnost.<\/p>\n<p>Kada sam upoznao Roberta u Londonu, vidio sam da je to neko ko je totalni multitalenat \u2014 ne samo kao kompozitor, pjeva\u010d, gitarista, nego i u odnosu prema svemu oko sebe, a i prema ljudima. Da li ste svjesno gradili taj zvuk \u2014 ili je on rezultat dugog procesa tra\u017eenja vlastitog jezika?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da. To se razvijalo kod mene jo\u0161 od Muzi\u010dke akademije za vrijeme studentskih dana. Nisam toliko bio toga svjestan, ali kada sam 2014. godine spremao album \u201c\u010cetiri godi\u0161nja doba\u201d, tada sam to totalno osvijestio. Koncertna klasi\u010dna harmonika kao instrument ima 15 registara na desnoj strani i minimalno 4 na lijevoj. To samo po sebi daje druga\u010dije boje, da tako ka\u017eem, instrumente, ali to nije ni blizu niti se podrazumijeva da promjenom registra automatski dobijete drugi instrument. Dakle, kada se 3 ili 4 linije zaista sviraju sa touch\u00e9 \u2014 specifi\u010dnim na\u010dinom dodira tonova i kompresije mijeha harmonike \u2014 tada se posti\u017ee da zvu\u010de kao 3 ili 4 razli\u010dita instrumenta istovremeno i daju harmonici simfonijski zvuk i karakter. Doslovno, svaka linija artikulacijski i agogi\u010dki ima svoju putanju i \u017eivot, a zajedno stvaraju harmoniju i cjelinu. Ono \u0161to je najva\u017enije jeste da kompozicija koju sviram ili koncert ima \u017eivot u sebi i da publika ode ku\u0107i sa pozitivnom energijom, zaboravi svakodnevnicu i shvati da je poenta \u017eivota ljubav i ljudsko jedinstvo kroz muziku. Punjenje baterija. Ja sviram, vje\u017ebam, prou\u010davam i izlazim na podijum da bih stvarao umjetnost zvuka i kompozicije i taj do\u017eivljaj prenosio na publiku. Bilo je vi\u0161e faza u \u017eivotu gdje mi je bio izazov, naprimjer, svirati u Concertgebouw u Amsterdamu \u2014 to je bilo komplikovano dosti\u0107i \u2014 ali i druge dvorane gdje mi je ogromno zadovoljstvo bilo svirati: Dom Armije u Sarajevu, Katedrala u Sarajevu, Notre-Dame u Le Puy-en-Velay u Francuskoj. Historijska mjesta sa akustikom su za mene itekako inspirativna. U kona\u010dnici, akustika mi je najve\u0107a inspiracija. Koliko je va\u017eno nositi vlastito porijeklo na svjetskim scenama \u2014 i da li se ono mijenja u susretu s globalnom publikom?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja sam neko ko je ro\u0111en u SFR Jugoslaviji, u Republici Bosni i Hercegovini koja ima hiljadugodi\u0161nje porijeklo jo\u0161 od bana Kulina, kralja Tvrtka i kraljice Katarine. Historije imaju svoje tokove i mijene. Bio sam u Evropi od ro\u0111enja, identitet sam na\u0161ao u Nizozemskoj, a kasnije i sr\u017e kulture Evrope u Francuskoj. Koliko takav kontekst mijenja odnos prema izvedbi i publici?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Svi bendovi koji su svirali dali su punu snagu i energiju. Kako se \u010duva svje\u017eina \u2014 da svaka izvedba ostane \u017eiva, a ne reprodukcija?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Obla\u010dio sam se druga\u010dije svako ve\u010de, mijenjao detalje i boje, ponekad i odijelo. Svako ve\u010de je bilo totalno u\u017eivanje \u0161to sviram u Royal Albert Hall. Zvuk su kombinovali sa akustikom dvorane i specijalnim sistemom \u2014 zvu\u010dalo je nevjerovatno. Film u\u017eivo. Kompozicije sam mijenjao u rasporedu, ubacivao nove, da izbjegnem ponavljanje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Va\u0161 uspjeh se opisuje kao \u201chistorijski trenutak za harmoniku\u201d. Da li osje\u0107ate odgovornost prema instrumentu \u2014 kao neko ko ga predstavlja na najve\u0107im svjetskim scenama?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prije svega odgovornost prema samom sebi. Dugo nisam imao priliku za ovako ne\u0161to. Ali mladim umjetnicima potrebna je ve\u0107a interakcija sa Evropom \u2014 saradnje, projekti, koncerti \u2014 a ne takmi\u010denja kao mjera. Umjetnost nije takmi\u010denje. Ja sam to shvatio tokom studija. U svijetu harmonike rijetko pobjednici takmi\u010denja izgrade karijeru izvan tog kruga. Umjetnost je koncert, album, publika, mediji. Nema instant uspjeha. Nastup za kraljicu Beatrix, Vite\u0161ka dvorana u Den Hagu, prvi album, \u201cPromenada svijeta\u201d i Heineken reklama, saradnje sa Grace Jones i Al Di Meola, \u201c\u010cetiri godi\u0161nja doba\u201d, koncert u Notre-Dame du Puy, SFF 2020, koncerti u Sarajevu, Mostaru, Banjoj Luci, Amsterdam 750 godina\u2026 i sada sedam puta Royal Albert Hall. Dalje \u2014 ne znam. U toku su pripreme za 11. album i koncerte u ljeto 2026. Harmonika je bila na \u0161timanju kod Sinana Ajkuni\u0107a. Ima jo\u0161 dvorana i filmova.<\/p>\n<p>Ali su\u0161tina je zdravlje i sre\u0107a. Pro\u0161le godine imao sam ozbiljan zdravstveni problem i to me promijenilo. Vratio sam energiju, promijenio na\u010din \u017eivota, smr\u0161ao 15 kilograma. Kada se ukloni toksi\u010dnost, dolazi energija. Nakon toga stigao je poziv iz Velike Britanije \u2014 kao znak. Sjedio sam tada u Sarajevu na klupi, gledao pticu i razmi\u0161ljao \u0161ta je su\u0161tina \u017eivota. Danas znam. Sretan sam. \u017div, zdrav.
