“We are very happy to announce Nihad as our special guest at Teenage Cancer Trust at The Royal Albert Hall 2026. Robert Smith has personally invited him to perform every night to welcome people as they arrive. We are all looking forward to him joining us at this special week of shows raising money for young people with cancer.”

And for the first time in my life, last Friday night — almost before midnight in London, and already after midnight in Amsterdam, Sarajevo or Paris — my composition has been broadcasted on BBC Radio 6. Stork Suite – Jazz Ballade from my very own 1st solo album CD The Best of Concert Accordion, together on the playlist with all artists performing at Teenage Cancer Trust Charity in The Royal Albert Hall: Elbow, MRCY, Mogwai, Craven Faults, Annika Kilkenny, Manic Street Preachers, The Joy Formidable, My Bloody Valentine, CHVRCHES, Garbage, Placebo, Nilüfer Yanya. The event will take place from March 23 to 29, 2026.
I thought that above the word and meaning of the word phenomenal nothing exists — but it does… Completely Out of the Blue, I received the most beautiful request and invitation ever: to play in The Royal Albert Hall in London from March 23 – 29, 2026, from my favorite living artist on the planet, Robert Smith – The Cure. Robert Smith is the ‘Curator’ of Teenage Cancer Trust Charity at Royal Albert Hall for 2026. To receive such a request means the greatest honour ever. Great Britain dream comes true! I never played there. And believe it or not — I perform with the accordion all 7 evenings.
Since its inception in 2000, Roger Daltrey and The Who, Noel Gallagher, Bryan Adams, Paul Weller, Eddie Vedder, Nigel Kennedy and Kelly Jones have performed at the Teenage Cancer Trust in the Royal Albert Hall. As have Jimmy Page, Gary Moore, Robert Plant, Coldplay, Eric Clapton, Tom Jones, UB40, The Cure, Arctic Monkeys, Paul McCartney, Ed Sheeran, Simply Red, Pet Shop Boys, Def Leppard and Take That.
Several evenings, including those of Wolf Alice and Manic Street Preachers, are already officially sold out, but waiting lists are available. Purpose: Proceeds go to the Teenage Cancer Trust, the only British charity that provides specialized care and support to young people (13-24 years old) with cancer. Teenage Cancer Trust supports young people with cancer across the UK, making sure they get the specialized care and support they need. You can find out more about Teenage Cancer Trust here: https://www.teenagecancertrust.org. Tickets have been on sale since December 2025 via official channels such as the Royal Albert Hall, Ticketmaster UK, and Gigs and Tours.
